DealerCenter sends paid Promoted Inventory Ads to Facebook Marketplace via AutoSweet and exports to 30+ sites. It does not create free listings.

DealerCenter is the dealer management system behind more than 20,000 dealerships, mostly independents, and "dealercenter facebook marketplace" is a search Google now suggests on its own. The question behind it is simple: if my cars are in DealerCenter, do they show up on Facebook Marketplace? Partly, and not in the way most salespeople mean. This guide separates what DealerCenter actually does on Facebook from what a Marketplace listing is, so you can decide what to add.
## What DealerCenter posts to Facebook
Two things, both real. First, DealerCenter's digital-marketing tier works with AutoSweet to "automatically post Promoted Inventory Ads to Facebook Marketplace and the News Feed." Those are paid Meta Automotive Inventory Ads: Facebook places them in the Marketplace feed and the main feed, buyers can message, make offers and book test drives from the ad, and you pay Meta for the impressions. Second, DealerCenter's marketing package gives "access to 30+ marketing sites such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and CarGurus," which means your inventory feed is formatted for those destinations. The feed side is what the DMS is good at.
## What it does not post
A free Marketplace vehicle listing, the kind a buyer sees under a person's name with a "Message" button and no "Sponsored" tag. Facebook removed every automated way to create those: partner inventory feeds in September 2021, and Business Page vehicle listings in January 2023. No DMS, website vendor or feed partner can create them. Since 2023 a free listing exists only when a person creates it from a personal profile with Facebook's own form, one car at a time. That is the gap DealerCenter cannot fill, and the one salespeople notice, because free listings from a real profile are where their leads come from.
**Paid ad or free listing: both, not either**: Promoted Inventory Ads buy reach for the whole lot. Free listings from each salesperson's profile bring the conversations. Stores that do well on Marketplace run both; the DMS covers the first, a posting tool covers the second.
## How salespeople fill the gap without touching the DMS
TurboSell does not need a DealerCenter login. It reads the cars from the dealership's website, which DealerCenter already keeps current, and posts them to Marketplace under the salesperson's own Facebook login, with a nightly cap the rep sets. When a car sells in DealerCenter and leaves the website, the Marketplace listing comes down on the next refresh; when the price changes, the live listing follows. Nothing is exported, re-keyed or uploaded by hand.
- Source of truth stays DealerCenter → your website. TurboSell reads the website.
- Each salesperson posts under their own profile, a steady batch per night (default 10). No shared logins; every post is made with the rep's own account.
- Sold cars come down automatically; price changes push to the live listing.
- Free for 5 cars, then $39 a month per seller ($9.99 your first month), or $199 for every seller at the store. Cancel anytime.
## Checklist for a DealerCenter store
1. Confirm your website shows the full used inventory from DealerCenter (that is what gets read).
2. Paste the website into turbosell.co and compare the scan count with your DMS count.
3. Keep Promoted Inventory Ads running if they pay for themselves; they are a different product.
4. Have each salesperson connect their own Facebook and set a nightly cap.
5. Watch the first week: leads should arrive in Messenger under each rep's name.
