LotPost publishes two plans: Basic $19.99 and Pro $29.99 a month per salesperson, no trial, no refunds. Figures read on the vendor's pages, October 11, 2026.

> **Short answer:** LotPost costs $19.99 a month for Basic or $29.99 a month for Pro, billed per salesperson through Gumroad, as published on the vendor's site and checkout page on October 11, 2026. Both plans allow unlimited vehicle postings; Pro adds scheduled posting of new cars, price updates twice a day and removal of sold cars from Marketplace. There is no free plan, no free trial and no refunds, and dealership plans are mentioned without a published price.
If you searched for LotPost's price, the vendor publishes it. The figures below come from three pages we opened on October 11, 2026: the LotPost site, its Gumroad checkout and its Chrome Web Store listing. We make a competing tool and say so; the figures are quoted, not ours. Where a page is silent on something, we say that rather than guess.
**Not the same as Lot Poster**: LotPost (one word, a Chrome extension sold through Gumroad) and Lot Poster (lotposter.com) are different products. Lot Poster's pricing page, read the same day, says "Flat monthly, per store. Nothing else." and offers a quote by phone instead of a number. This post is about LotPost.
## What the price includes
LotPost's site shows two plans under the heading "Simple, per-user pricing": Basic at $19.99 a month and Pro at $29.99 a month. The line under the heading reads "One license per salesperson. Works across multiple dealerships. Cancel any time." The Gumroad checkout lists the same two tiers as a monthly membership, named "LotPost Monthly" at $19.99 and "LotPost Pro" at $29.99. The Chrome Web Store listing repeats the split in one line: Basic is "post and track listings", Pro is scheduled posting plus price updates and sold removal.
| Plan | Price | What you get | From the vendor page |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Basic | $19.99 a month, per salesperson | Unlimited vehicle postings; every Marketplace field filled from the dealer website; photo upload; bulk posting, one tab at a time; a My Listings log with Facebook links; alerts when a posted car sells or its price changes. You update Facebook yourself. | jamesashley.info/lotpost and the Gumroad checkout, seen October 11, 2026 |
| Pro | $29.99 a month, per salesperson | Everything in Basic; posts cars you have not listed yet, spread through the day, with a daily count and hours you set; price updates twice a day (6 AM and 6 PM by default, or times you choose) when the website price changes; sold cars removed from Marketplace; runs in the background with no windows; an update log. | jamesashley.info/lotpost and the Gumroad checkout, seen October 11, 2026 |
| Dealership plans | Not published | The site says "Outfitting a whole sales team? Talk to us about dealership plans." No price, seat count or terms appear on any page we opened. | jamesashley.info/lotpost, seen October 11, 2026 |
A few details decide what the price buys. The site's FAQ says LotPost works with dealer websites built on Dealer.com (DDC), DealerOn and Dealer Inspire, and to email the vendor if yours is not picked up. The Gumroad summary is narrower: "Currently only works with the DDC website provider." If your site runs on something else, ask before you pay. Pro's scheduled posting runs in Chrome on the salesperson's computer; the FAQ answer to "Does my computer need to be on?" is "Yes." The vendor suggests 5 posts a day "is a good start". The Web Store listing adds that Pro skips cars with too few photos or no price, can skip the dealer's banner photo, and can list new cars with at least 301 miles.
The Web Store listing, read October 11, 2026, shows version 3.0.0, updated October 10, 2026, 51 users and a 5.0 rating from one review. The developer is listed as an individual, marked non-trader. The single review, dated July 1, 2026, praises ease of use and says nothing about price. We found no public post by a dealer or salesperson stating what they pay LotPost, so the only price record is the vendor's own.
## What is not on the price page
- Free trial: none. The Gumroad checkout's free-trial field is empty, and neither the site nor the Web Store listing mentions one.
- Refunds: the Gumroad checkout's refund policy is titled "No refunds allowed", dated September 7, 2026. Its fine print says to reply to the startup email if you have any issues. The LotPost site itself does not mention refunds.
- Setup fees: none are listed. You buy on Gumroad, receive a license key and paste it into the extension. The site: "After purchase you get a license key; paste it into LotPost and you're set."
- Billing period: monthly only. The checkout offers no yearly option and no discount for paying ahead.
- Per seat or per store: per seat. "One license per salesperson", and the Gumroad product is not sold as a multi-seat license. Four salespeople who all post is four licenses, $79.96 a month on Basic or $119.96 on Pro; that arithmetic is ours.
- Cancellation: "Cancel any time", with upgrades and downgrades made from the buyer's Gumroad library.
- Free plan: none is published. The Web Store listing says "Offers in-app purchases" and points to Gumroad for a license; no page describes what, if anything, works without one.
On account safety, the site's FAQ says LotPost works inside the salesperson's own Chrome and own Facebook login, with no fake accounts and no cloud servers logging in as the user. The same answer says any tool working on Facebook carries some risk under Meta's terms, which is why the vendor keeps the daily posting limit low. That is the vendor's statement; we do not know Meta's view of any tool, ours included.
## Who pays: the salesperson or the store
LotPost prices per salesperson, and the site is written to the salesperson: "Built for salespeople who post to Facebook Marketplace every day" and "Works across multiple dealerships", which fits a rep who changes stores and keeps the license. Nothing on the page stops a store from buying a license for each rep, but there is no store invoice, no seat manager and no published team price. The only route for a store is the line "Talk to us about dealership plans".
The FAQ also answers "What if a coworker at my dealership uses LotPost too?" by saying each copy picks unposted cars at random, so two people at the same store usually post different cars on a given day. Read plainly, the vendor expects several individual licenses per store, each running on its own computer, rather than one account for the floor. A single salesperson paying out of pocket knows the full cost today: $19.99 or $29.99 a month. A store of ten that wants one bill has nothing published to compare and needs to email the vendor first.
## How TurboSell compares
TurboSell is a Chrome extension plus a web dashboard. It imports a dealership's inventory from the dealer website (most dealer websites) with photos, price and mileage, and posts to Facebook Marketplace, Business Pages, personal profiles and Facebook Groups under each salesperson's own Facebook login. Posts spread across the night on a schedule, from the salesperson's browser if it is open, otherwise from TurboSell using the session they connected. Sold cars are marked sold on Facebook after the next inventory refresh, never deleted, and prices follow the website. Each car gets an AI description, and AI Studio adds showroom backgrounds. The Free plan is 5 cars live, no card, no end date. Seller is $39 a month, $9.99 the first month. Store is $199 a month for every salesperson at the dealership, with a 14-day trial. The full plan table is on the pricing page, and the LotPost alternative post walks through the posting differences. Get started for free, or write to support@turbosell.co with questions.
Whichever tool you pick, run the same test. Post three real cars, change one price on the website, mark one car sold, and watch what happens on Facebook over the next day. That tells you more than either pricing page, including ours.
