Getting started
Signing up, what the free plan covers, and how long setup takes.
Can I try TurboSell for free?
Yes. The free plan keeps 5 cars live on Facebook Marketplace at a time, with no card and no end date. Paste your dealer website, pick five cars, press Queue.
Is TurboSell for individual salespeople or whole dealerships?
Both. A salesperson signs up alone and posts under their own Facebook login. A store sets up once, the manager adds sellers by email, and every seller posts the same inventory under their own Facebook, for one Store price.
How fast can I get started?
Minutes. Paste your website address and the cars load in about a minute, photos and prices included. Add the Chrome extension, sign in to facebook.com in the same browser, and you can queue the first car.
How does onboarding work?
It is self-serve. Sign up, confirm your phone and market, paste your dealer website, install the Chrome extension on a computer and sign in to Facebook there. The connection confirms itself. If your website does not import, email support@turbosell.co and we look at it.
Inventory
Inventory and posting
Where the cars come from, how current they stay, and how posting runs.
Where does TurboSell get my vehicle inventory?
From your dealer website, the same place your DMS already publishes to, and from the vehicle listing sites you already use. There is no feed to request, no CSV to upload and no DMS connection to set up.
How often does TurboSell sync new vehicles, prices and photos?
TurboSell re-reads your website on a schedule and whenever you press Refresh. After each inventory refresh, new arrivals appear in your dashboard, price changes push to the live Facebook listings, and cars that left the website are marked sold on Facebook.
How fast can I list a car with TurboSell?
Pick the car and press Queue. The listing goes up from your browser within minutes, with that car's photos and its own description, or overnight if you use the schedule.
Can I post cars to Facebook Marketplace using my phone?
You can sign up and connect your inventory from a phone, and add missing photos from your phone by scanning a code. Posting runs through the Chrome extension on a computer, and once Facebook is connected there, the overnight schedule posts whether the computer is on or not.
How many cars should I post to Facebook Marketplace each day?
A steady daily rhythm beats a burst. Facebook restricts accounts that list dozens of vehicles in minutes, so TurboSell spaces listings out with gaps between them and lets you set how many go up a night. There are no posts-per-day plan tiers.
Listings
Descriptions, prices and sold cars
What each listing contains and how it stays current without babysitting.
Does TurboSell write the vehicle descriptions?
Yes. Each car gets its own description written from its data, ending with your sign-off, speaking as you or as the dealership. Your phone number appears only if you typed it in. Edit any description before it posts, or set your own prompt for the whole lot.
Does TurboSell update prices on my Facebook listings?
Yes. When the price changes on your website, the next refresh pushes the new price to the live Facebook listing. You do not edit listings one by one.
What happens to sold cars?
When a refresh finds the car gone from your website, TurboSell marks the Facebook listing sold. It never deletes a post, so the listing's history and messages stay where they are.
Can I upload my own photos or videos?
Photos, yes. Each car carries up to 20 photos from your website; you can reorder or hide them in the dashboard and add missing ones from your phone by scanning a code. Videos are not supported.
Support
Switching, plans and help
Moving from another tool, changing plans, and where to get help.
I am switching from another tool. What do I need to do?
Nothing to migrate. Your inventory comes from your website, so sign up, paste the address, install the extension and connect Facebook. Listings the old tool made stay on Facebook as they are; TurboSell manages the ones it posts.
Why is TurboSell only showing part of my inventory?
Three usual reasons: new arrivals your website added in the last day or two are not in the index yet; cars that physically sit at a sister store are filed under that store; RVs listed without a VIN are skipped. Press Refresh, and if a car is still missing after two days email support@turbosell.co with the stock number.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard, up or down, any time. Plans are monthly, or yearly at a discount, with no contract. The free plan has no end date.
How do I get help if I get stuck?
Email support@turbosell.co with your dealership website and, if it is about one car, the stock number. We read every message.
