ListPilot Pricing (2026): $89 per Rep, What the Five Free Listings Cover, and What a Five-Rep Store Pays

Short answer

ListPilot publishes one price. As read on the listpilot.vip pricing page on October 11, 2026, the Sales Rep Plan is $89 a month per user, month to month, with 5 free listings before any card is collected, unlimited listings once you subscribe, no setup charge, no per-listing fee, no annual contract and no cancellation fee. The pricing page says the five free listings have no time limit and need no card; ListPilot's How it works page, read the same day, still describes a 3-day trial with a card required, so ask which applies before you install. Team pricing is not published; the site gives one worked example, a five-rep team at $445 a month at list price, and says to email for multi-rep rates. We found no dealer forum post, Reddit thread or competitor comparison that reports any ListPilot price.

If you searched for ListPilot's price, you already have most of it: ListPilot prints the figure on its homepage and its pricing page. What a search does not tell you is what sits around the $89, how the free trial ends, what a store with several reps pays, and what people outside ListPilot have reported. We sell a competing tool, so every figure below carries its page and the date we read it.

What ListPilot publishes

The pricing page (read October 11, 2026) is headed "One plan. One price. Cancel anytime." and lists a single plan:

  • Sales Rep Plan: "$89 / month per user"; the homepage FAQ data says "$89 per month per user, billed monthly, with no long-term contract".
  • Trial: 5 free listings, no card, "No time limit"; after the fifth, "the extension shows a subscribe screen" and the card is collected then. ListPilot's How it works page, read the same day, still says "Use the 3-day trial" and carries a footer reading "Card required · Not charged until day 3"; the pricing page and homepage say 5 listings, no card, no time limit. Ask which applies before you install.
  • After the trial: "Unlimited listings", "No per-listing fees, no caps, no throttling", "No setup charges, no per-listing fees, no tiers."
  • Leaving: "Month-to-month only", "No annual contracts. No cancellation fees", cancellation from the Stripe billing portal, access ending "at your current billing period".
  • In the plan: AI descriptions, auto photo selection and ordering, Marketplace auto-fill, no Facebook password required. The pricing page says four description styles; the Chrome Web Store listing (read October 11, 2026) lists eight.
  • Teams: the Dealer teams page (read October 11, 2026) says "There is no minimum seat count to start", "Each rep uses their own subscription tied to their own Facebook account", and gives the only team figure on the site: "At $89/rep/month, a 5-rep team pays $445/month." The discount is by email and not published.
  • Chrome Web Store (read October 11, 2026): 103 users, 5.0 stars from 6 ratings, updated July 16, 2026, "Offers in-app purchases", and "A license key is required to unlock AI features and unlimited posts."

What dealers and third parties report

Nothing independent, as of October 11, 2026. The comparison pages that carry prices for the other tools in this category, autobook.io's roundup, CARVID's comparison, AutoLister Pro's pricing page and Owini's blog, do not mention ListPilot, and we found no Reddit or dealer-forum thread naming a ListPilot price. The only dealer voices are three testimonials on ListPilot's own pricing page, marked "Verified Subscriber"; one reads "ListPilot generated over 30 leads for me in just 5 days." Those are vendor-published; there is no outside invoice confirming the $89.

What the price includes and what it does not

Seats. The price is per user and each rep has their own subscription tied to their own Facebook account, so the bill scales with the floor: five reps is $445 a month at list price by ListPilot's own example, before any discount you negotiate by email. There is no store plan.

Volume and the trial. Unlimited listings after the trial, with no caps. ListPilot posts one car at a time from the vehicle page you have open and the rep publishes each one. The pricing page counts the trial in listings, not days; the How it works page says 3 days and a card. Settle that by email before the first install.

Contracts and fees. Month to month only, no annual plan, no setup fee, no cancellation fee, access to the end of the paid period. The trade is that there is no cheaper annual rate and no published path from $89 a seat to a store price.

What is not in the price. The pricing and How it works pages stop at the post. As of October 11, 2026 we found no statement on either page about what happens to a Facebook listing when the car sells or its price changes on your website. The Chrome Web Store description says the extension "alerts you when a price changes or a vehicle sells", the listing describes an alert; it does not say the Facebook listing itself is changed.

Questions to ask before paying

  1. What is the multi-rep rate, at what seat count does it start, and is it per rep or a store total? The site gives no figure.
  2. Which trial applies: the 5 listings with no card on the pricing page, or the 3 days with a card on the How it works page?
  3. Is there anything beyond the $89 to unlock? The pricing page lists AI descriptions in four styles inside the plan; the Chrome Web Store listing says eight styles, says a license key unlocks "AI features and unlimited posts", and says the extension offers in-app purchases.
  4. What happens to a rep's live Marketplace listings and to the extension when that rep cancels or leaves the store?
  5. When the car sells or the price changes on your website, does anything happen to the Facebook listing, and who does it? The pages do not say.

How TurboSell prices

TurboSell publishes its prices on the pricing page: Free is 5 cars live, no card, no end date. Seller is $9.99 your first month, then $39 a month, or $390 a year. Store is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for every seller at the dealership, with a 14-day Store trial and new hires included. There is no setup fee. Nothing comes off Facebook when a plan or cap changes. Inventory comes from your dealer website; each listing posts under the salesperson's own Facebook login, overnight on a schedule, from your browser if it is open, otherwise from TurboSell using the session you connected, spread across the night, never in a burst. Prices follow your website after each inventory refresh, and a sold car is marked sold on Facebook after the next inventory refresh; the listing is never deleted. TurboSell can write a distinct AI description for each car. The ListPilot alternative page has the fuller side-by-side. We make a competing tool and say so; the figures are quoted, not ours. A note on the sources

Every figure above comes from ListPilot's own pages or its Chrome Web Store listing, read on October 11, 2026, because nobody else has published one; those pages disagree on the trial, and we have said so. If a forum, a comparison site or an invoice shows a different figure, or ListPilot publishes a team rate, an annual price or one trial rule, this page changes the same week. Questions

How much does ListPilot cost?

As published on the listpilot.vip pricing page on October 11, 2026: one plan, the Sales Rep Plan, at $89 a month per user, month to month. The first 5 listings are free with no card. The page says no setup charges, no per-listing fees, no tiers, no annual contract and no cancellation fee.

Does ListPilot have a free trial?

Yes, but ListPilot's own pages describe it two ways. The pricing page and homepage (read October 11, 2026) give 5 free listings with the full workflow, no card and no time limit, with a subscribe screen after the fifth listing. ListPilot's How it works page, read the same day, still says "Use the 3-day trial" and carries a footer reading "Card required · Not charged until day 3". Ask which applies before you install.

What does ListPilot charge a dealership with several reps?

The team rate is not published. The Dealer teams page (read October 11, 2026) says multi-rep discounts are available by email, that there is no minimum seat count, and that each rep uses their own subscription tied to their own Facebook account. Its only worked figure is five reps at list price: $445 a month.

Does ListPilot have an annual plan or a setup fee?

No annual plan: the pricing page (read October 11, 2026) says month-to-month only and no annual contracts, so there is no annual discount either. It also says no setup charges and no cancellation fees; cancellation is done from the Stripe billing portal and access runs to the end of the paid period.

Has anyone outside ListPilot reported its price?

Not that we could find as of October 11, 2026. The autobook.io, CARVID, AutoLister Pro and Owini comparison pages do not mention ListPilot, and we found no Reddit or dealer-forum thread naming a ListPilot price. The only dealer voices are three testimonials on ListPilot's own pricing page.
