Marketplace QuickPost pricing (2026): what dealers pay

Short answer
Marketplace QuickPost prices by the number of vehicles you post each month. As published on marketplacequickpost.com on October 11, 2026: Starter is $39 a month for up to 30 vehicles, Growth $99 for 75, Pro $139 for 150 and Volume $199 for 300, with extra vehicles at $2.00, $1.75, $1.50 and $1.25 each, or pay as you go at $4.00 a vehicle with no monthly fee. The first 2 posts are free with no card required, and the terms of service say all fees are non-refundable.
Marketplace QuickPost publishes its prices on its homepage. There is no separate pricing page; marketplacequickpost.com/pricing returned a 404 when we opened it on October 11, 2026. Every figure below comes from the homepage pricing section, the FAQ data the page ships to search engines, and the vendor's terms of service, all read the same day. We make a competing tool and say so. The figures are the vendor's, quoted.
What the price includes
The homepage heading is "Simple Usage-Based Pricing" and the line under it says "Every plan includes all features. Pick the volume that fits your lot. Upgrade or downgrade anytime." Each plan card carries a monthly fee, the number of vehicles you can post that month, and a per-vehicle rate for anything beyond that.
| Plan | Price | What you get | From the vendor page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 a month | Post up to 30 vehicles a month, then $2.00 per vehicle | "For small lots getting started" |
| Growth | $99 a month | Post up to 75 vehicles a month, then $1.75 per vehicle | "For growing dealerships" |
| Pro | $139 a month | Post up to 150 vehicles a month, then $1.50 per vehicle | "Best Value", "Most popular for mid-size lots" |
| Volume | $199 a month | Post up to 300 vehicles a month, then $1.25 per vehicle | "For large inventory dealers" |
| Pay as you go | $4.00 per vehicle | No monthly fee, charged when you post | "Perfect for trying it out or occasional use" |
Under the cards, the page lists what every plan includes: "Sync from DMS Feed or CarGurus", "Bulk post entire inventory in one click", "Auto price & mileage updates", "Auto mark sold vehicles", "Full vehicle photos & descriptions" and "Priority support 7 days a week". It then says "No contracts. Cancel anytime." and that "Updates and removals are always free", so "you only pay when posting a new vehicle". The FAQ adds that the DMS feed and the CarGurus sync "use the same pricing plans".
The useful number is the cost per car, and that arithmetic is ours, not the vendor's. A lot that uses its full allowance pays $1.30 a car on Starter, $1.32 on Growth, $0.93 on Pro and $0.66 on Volume. A lot that posts 40 new cars in a month on Starter pays $39 plus 10 extra at $2.00, which is $59. Pay as you go is $4.00 a car at any volume, so it costs more than Starter from the tenth car in a month.
What counts as a post
The page says you pay when posting a new vehicle, and that updates and removals are free. It lists the FAQ question "What counts as a listing?" but the answer did not load in the page text we could read on October 11, 2026. Ask the vendor whether a car that sells and comes back, or a car reposted after Facebook takes a listing down, counts as a new post.
What is not on the price page
The trial, refund and licensing terms sit in the FAQ, the terms of service and the parent company's site. Here is what each says.
- Trial: each plan card says "First 2 posts on us" and the page says "No credit card required". The FAQ says you can post 2 vehicles free, then adds that the pay as you go option at $4 a listing is a way "to test the tool before committing to a monthly plan". No time-limited trial and no free plan appear on the page.
- Refunds: the terms of service, effective December 13, 2025, say "All fees are non-refundable. There shall be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account." The homepage says "Cancel anytime" and the FAQ says you cancel "from your account settings".
- Setup fees: none appear on the homepage or in the terms. The homepage says "Setup in under 5 minutes" and each plan card says "Auto-setup in seconds".
- Billing: the terms describe a recurring monthly charge "until such time as you validly cancel your subscription" and give "$39.00 or $59.00 USD" as example amounts. The homepage lists no $59 plan. No annual price appears on either page.
- Per seat or per store: the plan taglines say "For growing dealerships" and "For large inventory dealers", but neither the homepage nor the terms says how many people or browsers one plan covers. The words user, seat and salesperson do not appear in the plan descriptions. The FAQ lists the question "Can I use Marketplace QuickPost on multiple computers?" but the answer did not load in the text we could read.
- Who the vendor is: the terms name Dealer Essential, a Texas company doing business as Marketplace QuickPost. Dealer Essential's own site lists Marketplace QuickPost as one of its products and says "Start free" with no credit card required and "Cancel anytime".
One more pair of statements is worth reading together. The homepage FAQ answers "Is this allowed by Facebook?" with a yes. The terms of service say use of the service "may violate the Terms of Service or Community Standards" of third-party platforms. Neither statement comes from Meta, and we make no claim either way for any tool, ours included.
Who pays: the salesperson or the store
The plans are sized by vehicles posted, not by people. That fits a store where one person, often the internet manager, posts the whole lot from one Chrome browser. The page says the extension "runs locally in your browser" and that the vendor never asks for your Facebook login, so the listings go out from whichever Facebook account is signed in to that browser. The page does not say whose account that should be.
For a store where several salespeople each post their own cars, the question is whether one plan covers every browser on the floor, or whether each salesperson needs a plan with their own 30 or 75 vehicle allowance. The pages we read on October 11, 2026 do not answer it. The plan sizes read like lot sizes rather than head counts, but that is our reading, not the vendor's. Ask in writing before you buy, and ask what happens to the count when two people post the same car.
The cost angle, our arithmetic: a five-person floor on one Growth plan pays $99 a month for 75 posts between them, 15 cars each. The same floor on five Starter plans pays $195 for 150 posts. Whether the first setup is allowed is the question above. The Marketplace QuickPost alternative page has the fuller side-by-side.
How TurboSell compares
- Free plan: 5 cars live at a time, no card, no end date. Seller: $39 a month, $9.99 the first month. Store: $199 a month for every salesperson at the dealership, with a 14-day trial.
- Chrome extension plus a web dashboard. Imports the dealership's inventory from the dealer website, which covers most dealer websites, with photos, price and mileage.
- Posts to Facebook Marketplace, Business Pages, personal profiles and Facebook Groups under each salesperson's own Facebook login.
- Posts spread across the night on a schedule, from the salesperson's browser if it is open, otherwise from TurboSell using the session they connected.
- Sold cars are marked sold on Facebook after the next inventory refresh, never deleted. Prices follow the dealer website.
- An AI description for each car, and AI Studio showroom backgrounds for the photos.
TurboSell prices per plan, not per vehicle, as published on the pricing page. Marketplace QuickPost's plans are priced by vehicles posted, with the per-vehicle rates above. Put your monthly post count and your head count against both and the cheaper one for your store falls out. The free auto poster roundup puts the 2 free posts next to other free offers.
