Dealers Face pricing (2026): what dealers pay

Short answer

Dealers Face publishes four plans on its pricing page, read October 15, 2026: Starter at $699 a month with 10 active posting accounts, Growth at $1,199 a month with 25, Pro at $2,999 a month with unlimited accounts and users, and Enterprise Lifetime at $24,999 one-time for 4 years of Pro access. Yearly billing takes 10% off the three monthly plans. Every plan carries a 14-day free trial, but the trial starts only after the vendor reviews an application and verifies a card, and the terms say all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

If you searched for what Dealers Face costs, the vendor publishes it. The figures below come from pages we opened on October 15, 2026: the home page, the pricing page, the trial application page, the terms of service and the Chrome extension feature page. We make a competing tool and say so; the figures are quoted, not ours. Where a page is silent, we say that rather than guess, and we leave out the vendor's claims about volumes and results.

The trial is by application

The pricing page says every plan includes a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. The sign-up page, read the same day, is headed "Apply for your 14-day free trial". It asks for dealership name, website or Facebook page, rep count, inventory size and monthly revenue, says applications are reviewed by the vendor's team in one to two business days, and ends with a button labelled "Continue to card verification".

What the price includes

The pricing page is headed "Simple, Transparent Pricing", with a Monthly and Yearly switch labelled "Save 10%". The unit that moves the price is the active posting account: Starter includes 10, Growth includes 25, Pro and Enterprise Lifetime are unlimited. The FAQ says Starter and Growth customers can add more at the listed per-user rate, $119 each on Starter and $100 each on Growth. The page uses account and user for the same thing. Payment runs through Stripe.

Pro$2,999 a month$2,699 a month, $32,389 a year billed annuallyUnlimited posting accounts and users, no extra user fees; REST API access; custom integrations; dedicated account manager; premium support (4hr); 24/7 phone support; 99.9% SLA guarantee.dealersface.com/pricing, read October 15, 2026
Enterprise Lifetime$24,999 one-timeOne-time only4 years of unlimited access to all Pro features; unlimited users; locked-in pricing; VIP support; quarterly business reviews; after 4 years, the Pro rate applies. The button reads "Contact Sales" and opens an email to the vendor.dealersface.com/pricing, read October 15, 2026

The Enterprise Lifetime card shows "Save $118,953 (82.6%)". That is 48 months of Pro at $2,999, or $143,952, less the $24,999 one-time price; the arithmetic is ours, the number is the vendor's. The home page repeats the same four plans and prices, with a line under them: "Need a custom solution for your dealer group? Contact our sales team."

On the extension itself, the feature page says to add the Dealers Face extension to Chrome, sign in, and connect Facebook through it, with Facebook credentials kept in the browser rather than on the vendor's servers. We searched the Chrome Web Store for "dealersface" and for "dealers face marketplace" on October 15, 2026; both returned no results, so we could not read a listing, user count or rating. The terms add that you must keep the extension updated.

What is not on the price page

  • Refunds: the terms of service, last updated January 19, 2026, say "All fees are non-refundable except as required by law". The pricing page does not mention refunds.
  • Trial without a card: the pricing page says no credit card is required to start, but the sign-up page asks for card verification after the application form. You enter a card first and are not charged until the trial ends after approval.
  • Cancellation: the pricing page says "No long-term contracts. Downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time." Its FAQ says cancelling before the trial ends means no charge, and plan changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
  • Price changes: the terms say the vendor may change pricing with 30 days notice, and that paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Termination: the terms say the vendor may suspend or end an account without prior notice for non-payment, policy breaches, or at its sole discretion for any reason, with a data export on request within 30 days.
  • Setup fees and car limits: none are listed. Every plan says unlimited vehicle inventory.
  • Free plan: none. The nav button reads "Get Started Free" and the hero button reads "Start Free 14-Day Trial"; both lead to the trial application.

One more line from the terms worth knowing before a rep signs up alone: "One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without permission." The terms also say you are responsible for all actions the extension takes while logged into your Facebook account. That is the vendor's statement; we do not know Facebook's view of any tool, ours included.

Who pays: the salesperson or the store

Dealers Face is priced for the store, not the rep. The cheapest plan is $699 a month and already carries 10 active posting accounts, and the trial application asks for a dealership name, a website, a rep count and monthly revenue before it asks for a person's name. The feature page describes connecting more than one Facebook account for multi-location dealers and sales teams. A single salesperson paying out of pocket finds no plan sized for one person, and the one-account-per-entity rule in the terms points the same way.

For a store, the question is how many accounts will post. Ten reps fit Starter at $699 with nothing extra. Twelve reps on Starter are $699 plus two extra users at $119, or $937 a month, still under Growth's $1,199 for 25 accounts; that arithmetic is ours. Past 25, each extra account on Growth is $100, and Pro at $2,999 drops per-user fees once the headcount justifies it. Yearly billing takes 10% off each monthly plan, shown on the page as $7,549, $12,949 and $32,389 a year.

How TurboSell compares

TurboSell is a Chrome extension plus a web dashboard. It imports a dealership's inventory from the dealer website, US and Canada, on every plan, and posts to Facebook Marketplace under each salesperson's own Facebook login. Prices follow the dealer website after each inventory refresh, and sold cars are marked sold on Facebook, never deleted. The Free plan is 5 cars live at a time, no card, no end date. Seller is $39 a month, $9.99 the first month, or $390 a year, for one salesperson and every car. Store is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for every salesperson at one dealership, with a 14-day free trial. The full plan table is on the pricing page, and the Dealers Face alternative post walks through the posting differences. Get started for free, or write to support@turbosell.co with questions.

Whichever tool you pick, run the same test. Post three real cars, change one price on the website, mark one car sold, and watch what happens on Facebook over the next day. That tells you more than either pricing page, including ours.
